An Alabama woman is suing Walmart for gender discrimination on company uniforms.

Diana Webb says Walmart requires fleet drivers to wear company-approved uniforms, but only offers men-made pants.

The lawsuit also claims that while women may wear women’s uniforms, they are required to cover the costs of shopping and cleaning.

The lawsuit calls it “blatant sex discrimination.”

Walmart says it does not require anyone to wear company-approved pants and is reviewing its uniform policy.
